Equipment Deposits

All upfront deposits are 100% non-refundable. These funds are immediately committed to our distributors to purchase your specific hardware and raw build materials. Your signature locks in your equipment allocations and installation.

Warranty Policies

Installation labor warranties are evaluated case-by-case at store discretion. All physical hardware (including amplifiers, subwoofers, wiring kits, and speakers) is backed strictly by its respective Manufacturer’s Factory Warranty.

Returns & Exchanges

All retail sales are final. Over-the-counter hardware returns or install component changes are subject to store approval within 30 calendar days of purchase. No returns, alterations, or exchanges are accepted after 30 days.

Liability & Safety

Our technicians document vehicle health with high-resolution photos prior to any installation. Studio 38 is not liable for pre-existing vehicle electrical issues, factory computer errors, or component failures caused by client system tampering, clipping, or user abuse after delivery day.
